Ophthalmic Solution
COMPOSITION:
Each ml of ophthalmic solution contains Tobramycin 3 mg,
INDICATIONS:
Tobrax- ophthalmic is an ophthalmic solution, useful in the treatment of external eye infections such as conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, prevention/treatment of secondary bacterial superinfection in viral processes or predisposing lesions, as well as acting as a prophylactic in post-surgical processes in both dogs and cats.
It is highly effective against microorganisms resistant to Gentamicin, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
DOSAGE:
For ocular use.
Instill 1 to 2 drops into the conjunctival sac 2 to 4 times a day.
The duration and frequency of treatment will depend on the clinical result and the Veterinarian's judgment, but it should be taken into account not to suspend it until a resolution is obtained.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use on pregnant or lactating females.
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using the product.
Clean the area around the eye very well before using the drops.
In case of concomitant treatment with other ophthalmic medications, applications should be spaced between 5 and 10 minutes apart.
