COMPOSITION:
Each mL of otic suspension contains:
Marbofloxacin……3 mg
Clotrimazole………..10 mg
Dexamethasone Acetate (equivalent to Dexamethasone 0.9 mg)… 1.0 mg
Excipients csp …………..1 mL
INSTRUCTIONS:
In dogs, for the treatment of otitis externa, of bacterial origin caused by germs susceptible to marbofloxacin and fungal origin (Malassezia pachydermatis) susceptible to clotrimazole. The drug should be used based on susceptibility testing.
DOSAGE:
Shake well before use. Administer 10 drops into the ear once daily for 7 to 14 days. After 7 days of treatment, the veterinarian should assess the need to extend the treatment period by one week. One drop of the product contains 71 µg of marbofloxacin, 237 µg of clotrimazole, and 23.7 µg of dexamethasone. After application, gently and briefly massage the base of the ear to allow the product to penetrate the lower part of the ear canal. When using the product on more than one dog, use one cannula per animal.
