Each 4000 mg tablet contains:
Perna canaliculus 150 mg Min., Glucosamine HCl 500 mg Min., Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 400 mg Min., Chondroitin sulfate 110 mg Min., Vitamin C 20 mg Min., Manganese (Mn proteinate) 2.5 mg Min.
Excipients q.s. 4000 mg.

Geri- form It is a food supplement for dogs of all breeds from 2 years of age.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Administer directly into the animal's mouth or mixed with food. For the first 4 to 6 weeks (initial administration), administer twice the recommended amount; subsequently, administer as a maintenance dose, based on the animal's weight, according to the following table:
